Responsibilities
To provide support the launch of the MAN3 (Bolton) Fulfillment Centre.  The High Volume Hiring Recruitment Lead will support the High Volume Hiring Manager (HVHM) and HR Team and will report to the High Volume Hiring Manager (HVHM).
  • Liaise directly with both candidates and ACCS to provide event information and answer questions
  • Carryout rehire eligibility checks on all candidates prior to hiring events
  • Pre direct hiring event preparation – print/collate document packs, arrange system permissions of attendees
  • Off site event attendance to set up and assist with processing candidates through registration/interview
  • Raise background checks (BGCs) for all candidates post event/pre hire and obtain additional BGC info upon request
  • Post event contact with candidates via email/text/phone to keep warm and schedule shifts/start dates
  • Ensure site shift allocations are met by assigning and confirming candidates NHO dates, withdrawing and backfilling when needed
  • Pre hire candidate management via salesforce including matching and onboarding new hires and ensuring badges are printed
  • Work with new hires pre NHO to ensure MyDocs contract and information is completed and assist HR during NHO to complete outstanding MyDocs on site
  • Providing both hiring event and NHO no show information to ACCS team to enable rebooking or candidate withdrawal
  • Provide right to work and ID docs to HRSS post hire using trouble ticket system
  • Provide local site reports, HVH function reports and wider EU reporting as required relating to leavers, starters and absence for direct hires
  • Continually assess processes with a view to improving where necessary
  • Any other duties as requested by the High Volume Hiring Manager, including but not limited to, supporting the HR team (for permanent associates) with administration tasks
  • Attend regular induction sessions to evaluate quality of learning and to provide feedback to the High Volume Hiring Manage

Qualifications/Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint

  • Flexible with working hours and able to work across multiple locations to cover hiring events off site at the High volume Hiring Manager’s (HVHM) request, this may include early starts or late finishes
