Job Description

Amazon is looking for motivated, customer obsessed individuals to support ReLo center operations. We’re looking for a detail-oriented candidate to join our team and we need you to ensure that we continue delivering as reliably as ever to our customers, with all teams maintaining their performance and quality of service.

The quality assurance associate will be responsible for audit of C-RET processing, and will also be involved in lite Problem Solve to ensure XCRC operations are running smoothly. The variability of tasks and situations represents the main challenge of this role, it’s also a good opportunity to grow to new responsibilities.


Role Overview


•ReLo Center operates from Monday to Friday
•Shift schedules are 8am to 4pm with limited expected overtime
•Audit of C-Return processing
•Good opportunity to work autonomously
•Be the lead back up when required

Basic Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have a proven track record in working in a fast-paced environment, and have demonstrated the ability to proactively identifying problems, resolving issues, good judgment, and possess an aptitude for security operation support.

Specific qualifications include:
· Basic understanding of auditing and quality control functions
· Demonstrated ability to interpret workflow processes and policies and make sound judgments based on those interpretations
· Strong professional verbal/written communication skills
· Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment driven by software systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

· Strong track record of effective communications and customer service with both internal and external clients, customers and coworkers
· Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software
· Experience in operating in a data center or operations environment, safety and security functions
· Experience with working in organizations providing critical systems or operational support.
· Proficiency with MS Office Suite and programs to include Word, Excel, Outlook
· Driving license
