To provide support for the Launch of the BRS1 Fulfilment Centre.  The High Volume Hiring Launch Team will support the High Volume Hiring Manager (HVHM) and HR Team. The successful candidate will report directly to the High Volume Hiring Manager (HVHM).

Responsibilities
  • Liaise directly with the Candidates and ACCS  to provide event information and answer questions
  • Carryout Rehire eligibility checks on all candidates prior to ‘Hiring Events’
  • Pre ‘Direct Hiring Event’ preparation – Print/collate document packs and enable system permissions of attendees
  • Off-site event attendance to set up and assist with processing candidates through registration/interview stages
  • Raise background checks (BGCs) for all candidates post-event/pre-hire and obtain additional BGC info upon request
  • Post-event contact with candidates via email/text/phone to maintain contact and schedule shifts/start dates
  • Ensure site shift allocations are met by assigning and confirming candidates NHO dates, withdrawing and backfilling candidates as required
  • Pre-hire candidate management via Salesforce including ‘Matching’ and ‘On-boarding’ new hires and ensuring badges are printed
  • Work with new hires pre NHO to ensure MyDocs contract and information is completed
  • To provide ‘Hiring Event’ and NHO no-show information to ACCS team to enable re-booking or candidate withdrawal
  • Provide ‘Right to Work’ and ID docs to HRSS post-hire using trouble ticket system
  • Provide local site reports, HVH function reports and wider EU reporting regarding absence and attrition for all New Starters
  • Promote Continuous Improvement
  • Any other duties as requested by the High Volume Hiring Manager
  • Attend regular induction sessions to evaluate quality and provide feedback to the High Volume Hiring Manager

Qualifications/Skills
  • Commercially focused and Customer obsessed, possessing a can do/will do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint
  • Excellent problem solving ability
  • Insist on High Standards to provide the highest quality service.  Completes work accurately whilst paying attention to detail

  • Ability to build trust and offer support
  • Flexible with working hours and able to work across multiple locations to cover ‘Hiring Events’ off-site at the High volume Hiring Manager’s (HVHM) request, including early starts and late finishes
